Challenging Times Self Care Challenge: Self Care During Hard Times

With physical distancing and being at home for this long being somewhat of a ‘new normal’, the one thing I know for sure is this: We need to be intentional about taking care of ourselves.

Especially our mental health.

And without an intentional and regular self-care practice during these challenging times, we can very easily fall into sadness, lethargy, stress, anxiety and more. 

With that in mind, I have created this Challenging Times Self Care Challenge where in every challenge episode, I will suggest a simple self care exercise for you to complete so that you can take a few minutes out of your day to take care of yourself.

Taking care of ourselves and our mental health is more important than ever as we are working our way through these unprecedented times.

Whether it’s by following these self care prompts in each of these episodes or by other self care practices you might already have in place, please do consider the importance of taking care of yourself: mentally, emotionally and physically.
