Welcome to the podcast, after quite a bit of a break between the last episode and this one of the Challenging Times Self Care Challenge.

This challenge, the series of these mini episodes, have not necessarily rolled out the way that I had originally intended, but I still feel that there’s a lot of really great tips and prompts as part of these challenges. All 24 episodes up to this point.

And whether this is your first Self Care episode or your 24th, I hope that that you might go back and go through either the whole thing or some of them as you pick and choose, to support you as your self care resources.

Today we’ll be discussing burnout: How to recognize it and what you can do to take care of yourself so that it hopefully will not become a long lasting health concern.
